Soul Surfing Psychedelics Prep is a 12-week live online preparation course and process group, designed for anyone preparing to engage psychedelic- assisted healing — whether you are a client preparing for your own work, a practitioner learning to support clients through it, or someone curious about the foundational practices of preparation, integration, and harm reduction.
This course is built on Dr. Gold’s clinical model of preparation: developing the nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and embodied practices that allow you to engage non-ordinary states of consciousness with stability, intention, and clarity — and translate those experiences into meaningful, lasting change.
Each week brings 1 hour of core live instruction, plus an optional 30 minutes for extra support, recorded for review. Sessions integrate teaching, guided practice, and group process. Participants are invited to develop their own daily practice between sessions — the embodied rehearsal that turns insight into lived change.
Soul Surfing Psychedelic Prep is psychoeducation. It is not psychotherapy, nor is it a substitution for psychotherapy. It is best completed in conjunction with participation in psychotherapy.

What’s Included
Everything you need to prepare well — the live group, the recordings, the worksheets, and embodied breathwork practice, plus a reduced rate when you continue into ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
Twelve weekly live sessions
Beginning Wednesday, August 19, the group meets live online for 1 hour of core teaching each week — plus an optional 30 minutes for extra support — across the full 12-week program.
Recordings of every session
All sessions are recorded, so you can revisit the teaching and guided practices anytime — or catch up on any week you miss.
Complete preparation worksheets
Work through the worksheets electronically in the app, or print hard copies and complete them old-school with a pen or pencil — whatever best supports your process.
Designed to share with your care team
The worksheets and reflections are made to share with your therapist and psychedelic practitioners, so your preparation strengthens the work you do together.
Three guided breathwork immersions
Three 1.5-hour Soul Surfing guided deep-immersion breathwork sessions — about one per month during the 12-week program.
Reduced rate on KAP sessions
Participants receive a reduced rate on ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) sessions.

For Practitioners — How This Course Fits the Soul Surfing Training Pathway
Soul Surfing Psychedelics Prep is also the prerequisite course for practitioners entering the Soul Surfing Foundational Training and the broader Soul Surfing certification pathway. Practitioners are invited to go through the same preparation process their clients will go through — because no amount of theory replaces the wisdom of having lived it yourself.
Practitioners may either complete the full 12-week live course, OR review the recorded video modules and complete the quiz at the end of each module to satisfy the prerequisite.
Course Investment
The 12-week Soul Surfing Psychedelics Prep course is $300 for the full program, or three monthly payments of $100. This includes the weekly live sessions and process group, three guided breathwork immersions, the workbook and worksheets, app access, lifetime access to recordings, and a reduced rate on KAP sessions.
Harm reduction and access matter to us. Group practices and practitioners — reach out about group and scholarship rates; reduced and donation-based arrangements are considered on request.

If you are currently working with a licensed therapist, you are encouraged to inform them that you are participating in this course and to integrate the material into your existing therapeutic work.
